Do this and ease hand fatigue right away
Start with these 3 fast and easy tips for the computer that you can use right away if you are feeling fatigue of your hands when working on the computer.
- Keep the mouse close by so you don’t have to reach.
- Drink a lot of water – it will force you to take breaks because you have to get up and use the bathroom.
- If you are at a desk or table – place your hands underneath and with your palms up. It’s a great easy way to let your wrist muscles relax.
I know you often are told to take breaks but let’s be honest… taking breaks every 20 minutes is just not realistic. Being forced to take breaks otherwise you pee in your pants… well, that’s a whole other motivation.
Avoid the wrong stretches!
There are a million and one stretches – but I don’t want you doing the wrong ones! The wrong stretches are ineffective – and make you think that this problem is something you have to live with. You might be on the computer more and more now but you don’t have to live with feeling hand fatigue, which can later develop into bigger problems.
