Wrist pain on the pinky side of your hand is called “ulnar sided pain”, which is a catch all phrase to note pain and its location. There’s various types of injuries with a bunch of letters like TFCC tears, EDU tendinitis, and more.

The wrist is complex but let’s make it easier to understand so that you can make great decisions on treatments that can help you. I find that when people keep searching and searching for information, but it doesn't make sense to them, they don’t do anything about it.
