Hands On Therapy Services EP 30: Custom Fitted Orthosis

This is a custom fitted orthosis (splint) for someone who has a congenital deformity with his hands. He does everything but feels very tight and wants to try and open his hands more so he can feel more functional with how he uses his hands. We are able to come up with a way to mold and apply straps that allow him to be more independent with his own therapy program at home. Watch to see how he likes it.
