How to Fix a Trigger Thumb
How do you fix a trigger thumb?
Trigger finger is a condition where a ball of scar forms along the tendon sheath and every time you make a fist, the ball slides down through the pulley system, and when you open your fingers, the ball now has to pull through. That’s where you will feel the clicking, where it might get stuck and you have to pull it straight, or it’s really painful.
In this video, it is demonstrated THREE different ways to fix a trigger thumb.
