How to Treat Neck Pain with 4 easy movements

Thoracic movements

Twisting – only twist to one side
Thoracic extension – the easiest way is prone on elbows, in sitting, or against the wall which is more advanced
Neck movements
Chin tucks
Neck extension – is way more advanced

Try these out….these can work great when you have mild neck issues…better when you have neck tension vs neck pain

But if it persists or you are NOT sure you are doing it correctly….go to your trusted OT or PT who specializes in neck and shoulder issues. They are the best people to help you problem solve and get better results for you.

Listen…I can show you tons of positions but if you can’t fall asleep in that position….it’s not helpful.
