IASTM for Legs | Scrape and Stretch legs to help decrease pain and stiffness

This is a small example of our signature “Scrape and Stretch” session for legs. This is some who has pain and stiffness in her knees and wants to have less pain so she can walk her dogs around the block and be able to take care of her dogs with ease.

We are using Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) along with Stretching specific area that are tight to improve performance with less pain or discomfort.
