What is IASTM ? How to Perform Instrument Assisted Manual Therapy with Graston Instruments
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a technique that uses a set of hand held instruments that break down the scar tissue and fascial restrictions in soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia, and nerves to help decrease tightness.
Some people tell me that Graston tools scare them! And if you have seen some videos, I’d be scared too!
But they are only as powerful as the person using them. They can hurt in the “hurt so good” sense or the can be used to just help you feel great, also known as the Graston Technique.
Learn more about what they are and how we can help you stay more active and avoid injuries that can literally stop you in your tracks.
See how they could benefit you 🙂 Who wants some of these?! Raise your hands!! 👋👏👋👏👋👏👋👏 https://handsots.com/wellness/
