What's the difference between Radial Shockwave vs Ultrasound to get rid of pain?

There's a lot of information on Google about shockwave and ultrasound but so much of it sounds the same….which can be really confusing.

Here's my perspective as an Occupational Therapist who's been using both. I'm not a gadgets person and tend not to use things like ultrasound because in the 20+ of being a therapist, it just didn't see the results.

And the research wasn't backing up ultrasound. But with radial shockwave….WOW….there's a lot more in a short period of time.
