As a general observation, we as humans are sitting more and on our phones all day. Maybe I'm projecting because this is what I see all day, but it’s contributing to the problem of stiff or painful neck issues.

My patients – of all ages, by the way – are telling me they can’t sleep, have difficulty driving, or are struggling to concentrate because of general neck pain. They can’t seem to get comfortable, whether they are at work or sitting around trying to relax.

Why? Neck pain and stiffness.

They stretch and stretch and nothing seems to help.
